Relive the music of Death Stranding
Relive the haunting soundscapes, thrilling highs and desolate lows of Hideo Kojima's dystopian, post-apocalyptic Death Stranding, in concert! A full orchestra and ensemble of vocalists bring the music of Swedish composer Ludvig Forssell, Icelandic band Low Roar and other artists from the Death Stranding soundtrack to life live on stage, while high definitions visuals form a stunning and immersive all-round audiovisual experience.
Released in 2019 and touted by some as yet another chillingly accurate prediction of near future social conditions by auteur game designer Hideo Kojima, Death Stranding takes place in a post-apocalyptic America. A cataclysmic event has forced most of the population to live confined indoors, due to great dangers lurking in the outside world. Society's heroes are thus those who brave the outside world to deliver supplies between settlements. Sound familiar? (hint - 2020...). The player takes control of one such person, Sam Porter Bridges - played in motion capture by Norman Reedus - who must traverse the barren, lonely distances to transport cargo which might just help humanity survive another day. With a gorgeous soundtrack punctuating the solitude, fear and sudden thrills that spring up, this is a concert well worth witnessing.
