Massey Hall, in collaboration with the Lightfoot Estate, proudly presents "Celebrating Gordon Lightfoot" on Thursday, May 23, 2024. Celebrate the life of a legend who changed the scope of music forever.

An Evening of Musical Tribute

Led by two exceptional house bands, Blue Rodeo and members of Gordon Lightfoot's longtime band, The Lightfoot Band, this special event promises an unforgettable journey through Lightfoot's timeless music. Prepare to be enchanted by performances from an array of talented artists including Allison Russell, Aysanabee, Burton Cummings, Caroline Wiles & Bob Doidge, Meredith Moon, Sylvia Tyson, The Good Brothers, Tom Cochrane, William Prince, with more to come.

Following Gordon Lightfoot's passing on May 1, 2023, Massey Hall opened its doors to allow fans to offer condolences and lovingly remember the legendary artist. Now, "Celebrating Gordon Lightfoot" provides an opportunity for fans, family, and friends to come together once more to recognize and pay tribute to the incredible music he gifted the world.
