Credited with leading the Disney Renaissance of the 90s, composer Alan Menken has soundtracked some of the House of Mouse's most iconic films, celebrated in this exciting concert from the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

Expect excellent performances of some of the eight-time Oscar winner's most beloved work including The Little Mermaid, Beauty and The Beast, Aladdin, Pocahontas, and many more, as performed by four talented Broadway soloists!

From working as a songwriter on Sesame Street to his first Broadway hit with Little Shop of Horrors, Menken's first work for Disney was The Little Mermaid, which saw Menken and collaborator Howard Ashmen receive the Academy Award for Best Song. Since then, he's become one of the most in-demand and revered composers, with credits on over 30 films and counting!
