A new Toronto based arts collective, Theatre Hera are committed to providing new and upcoming artists with an uncompromising space to launch their works, with the emphasis on creative collaboration being key. This summer they present this entertaining double bill comprising of fresh new works from emerging Canadian playwrights Alastair Mackay and Dylan Brenton.

For all intents and purposes, Mr. and Mrs. Vale are a happily married couple who are "perfectly normal" but when their recent tea-time endeavours attract some unwanted attention, they're suddenly at the mercy of a rival, Curtis Worthlesston. Worthlesston's interest in their citrus infused dalliances threatens to destroy their respectability and ruin their carefully ordered life in this ludicrous comedy!
SALTY BACHELORS

Friends forever, Mac and Aus are two older Newfoundland men who find themselves taking time out from a 50th Wedding Anniversary to converse about pickles, death and the fairer sex. As their discussion goes from bizare to heartwarming, the two eventually discover the secret of their friendship and why they have always been such 'eligible' bachelors.
