orpheum theater concert. Had high expectations-was told he was a dynamic performer. show was dull,boring and lacking in passion,energy- NO Encores! not to perform the songs that helped him to achieve recognition was extremely disappointing-what happened to the horn section! they generate power on the records- instead they were replaced with four violins- not one encore!

GREAT BAND, HORRIBLE SOUND
Love this band. Saw them in Madison a month ago. Absolutely my favorite concert in years. It LOOKED like they were their same energetic selves. But whoever did the sound checks should be fired. The music and lyrics were mush. Waste of a great concert.

GREAT BAND, TERRIBLE SOUND
Saw Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats at BMO Pavilion 9/22/2023. If this had been my first experience with them, it would have been my last. They were freaking awesome inside (Madison, last month) and outside (Iowa, last year). So I don't know if it was BMO or what. But the sound was total mush. Couldn't hear the lyrics or even individual instruments, like the horns, my favorite part. At least I could feel the beat enough to dance. But definitely not worth $60 and 4 hours of driving.
