ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW
Saw this production last night and while I enjoyed the theatre being small and quaint, I did have a bit of problem hearing clearly certain parts. It was lively, and entertaining and rather risqué compared to other versions I have seen before. The actors moved effortlessly around such a small stage especially given the choreography. The female narrator was brilliantly funny but I wasn’t convinced when a female played the part of Dr Scott and Eddie as her voice was not suitable. I was very disappointed in the casting of Rocky while the guy that played the lead role of Dr. Frankfurter could easily have played either character but was definitely built for Rocky. All my props were ready for action but sadly nobody really engaged in that aspect and there were only a few who dressed up. All in all a surprisingly good performance!
