NORAH JONES IS BRILLIANT

These moronic reviews that criticize Norah for not being more engaging with the audience are completely shortsighted. Nobody asked Van Gogh to cook. Appreciate the genius of Norah's vocals, piano and guitar play. We just saw her show at Port Chester on 5/10/24 and it was incredible. 5 stars, if you have an opportunity to see Norah live, GO!.

AMAZING

Went to see the concert at the Paramount in Brooklyn on May 16. Absolutely fantastic show. Beautiful vocals and a great group on stage with Norah. Highly recommend this concert!

BORING BUT EXCELLENT MUSICALLY

Nora Jones is a huge talent and her band was excellent. She sounded great but lacked warmth and chattiness us Bostonians expect. I kept looking at my watch wondering when she would do Don't Know Why I Didn't Come. Her song choices were not amongst the best as they dragged and you never knew when they would end. For musical quality I would give it 5 stars but performance wise I think a smaller more intimate venue would have been better.

HATED OPENING ACT

i think we had 30 min of 2 people opening and almost as long for the set up. the main back up singer tried to wiggle a lot, dont know why. she was on the piano and it was placed on the left so i barely saw her and i was in the first row to the left. selection of songs wasn't the best. barely talked to audience. but her voice was fabulous. i guess she's not a live performer. better on cds but i'm glad i went.

I’D RATHER LISTEN TO MY PLAYLIST

Saw her last week and couldn’t get over how impersonal it all felt. Almost as if we the audience didn’t even exist. I left leaving wow wish that was Emily King’s concert who was very engaging as the opener.

UNDER EXPECTATIONS

Despite her undeniably beautiful voice, her music failed to evoke any emotion; it felt as though she was hastening towards the conclusion. The music was mediocre, lacking the entertainment factor, and nothing stood out in her concert, resulting in a boring experience.

COLUMBUS,OHIO,2017,OHIO THEATRE

Singing was great. Loved that.No showmanship. Introduced each band member after every couple of songs. Did it when the audience was still clapping.Could not hear their names. She was not even intoduced at the start. We were sitting in the back and didn't even know it was her at first. She never said hi , bye or anything at the end. Didn't know it was the end til the lights came on. No interaction with the audience at all.Still like her though.
