Man serves the interests of no creature except himself
An allegorical satire on the ills of mankind and his nature, George Orwell's Animal Farm is a searing masterpiece and a warning that still deserves to be heeded. This brand new adaptation by Anthony MacMahon brings the plight of the animals of Jones' farm to centre stage, where it can be explored anew.
When the animals decide that farmer Jones and his tyrannical rule must be ended, they set about the task with aplomb staging a bloody uprising and establishing a fairer community for all them. But not everyone is happy with the new order, including a sly pig who wants more than just equality for all.
