BRAVO!!!!!!!

Saw the show at The Orpheum in Omaha. Took my breath away!! The voices, set, costumes, and orchestra were amazing! Quentin Oliver Lee is simply perfection as the Phantom! Such a wonderful show!

NOT THE BEST I HAVE SEEN

Was excited to see it again, bought tickets in the Loge, Excellent seats, beautiful venue. then it started... very hard to understand the speaking parts and some of the songs, Christine got better as the show went on, Raoul should stay at high school musicals, he was very unemotional and off key, Phantom was excellent. Carlotta, Piangi, Firman and Andre were just as disappointing as the rest. I hope it was just opening night jitters

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

As soon as it started I thought where is the volume? Very low, hard to follow. It was my husband's first time seeing it, and he has some hearing loss, so he didn't hear much at all. Understudy Kaitlyn Davis saved this show! She had a wonderful voice! Not impressed with Phantom, Mr. Lee. We were close enough to view all the spitting he was doing while singing! Not very romantic. When Christine kissed him, I was actually grossed out! It`s not the Phantom of the 90's. Not worth the huge ticket price at all!

UNDERWHELMING

Wonderful orchestra and elaborate sets and costumes but the singers, both individually and as an ensemble, seemed flat and couldn't sustain their notes (in my opinion). The significant and potent high notes that everyone anticipates and waits for in this play just fell flat and were very underwhelming to say the least. Unfortunately, this was the worst production of Phantom I've seen.

SOUND WAS TOO LOW.

I saw the show at the Paramount in Seattle on August 12. I took my wife who has never seen it. We were both very excited. I want to first start with compliments. The Paramount is epic. Love the venue. They stage production was impressive, Very well done. However, Masquerade was not. It was small, dark, and fell very short of the grandeur the scene requires. Also, the story was hard to follow. It was like a cliff note performance. However, the worst part was the sound. It was way too quiet on the mezzanine making the story even harder to follow. We left the show early. Overall, I was not happy with the overall production or the sound quality. The cast was amazing. Songs were well sung and the cast did a flawless job.

UNDERWHELMED

Went with a group of friends who have all seen multiple past performances in previous years. We were all unimpressed with the production from the singing to the costumes. This was very disappointing as we were all excited to see the play again. Emma Grimsley as Christine Daae was very good but we felt the roles of The Phantom & Raoul were not up to par. For the price of the tickets, I expected a much more professional performance. The production felt a little amateur compared to past productions of Phantom.

NO ONE TOLD ME THIS WAS A HIGH SCHOOL PRODUCTION...

At least that's how it felt. My wife and I took friends who had not seen any version of POTO before. They were totally lost! Couldn't understand half of it. The Phantom was sub par. Felt like a budget production. And what is with the revolving stage? This was by far the worst version of the POTO. A.L. Webber I'm sure is very disappointed. Please bring back the original and cast it with professionals!
