BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM A DELIGHT!

A fun, feel good show for the whole family. No need to have seen the original movie. You’ll dance your way out of the theatre.

FAMILY FEEL GREAT FUN

Music incredible. Dance by the choreographer of the Sochi Olympics and Slum Dog Millionaire's famous Bollywood scene. Cast if fabulous. Video effects stunning. Story is emotional family story with plenty of comedy. A great family holiday musical.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL AGES

I saw this show with my 6-year-old granddaughter, Yael. Yael's review: "I loved it." I felt the same way. In 2019, the story of inter-generational conflict and the desire of young women to break out of traditional roles continues to have relevance for many ethnic groups. But this is not a "heavy" show. The singing and dancing are lovely and there is much humour. Go see it. You will be glad that you did.

ONE OF THE MOST MONOTONOUS PLAYS I’VE EVER SEEN

After almost 3 hours the play mercifully finished. Unfortunately a few people in our row left at intermission and never returned. At the end of the play, we realized we should have left too. Some of the cast was pitchy and wasn’t hitting their notes. In an ensemble cast you shouldn’t be missing your notes. Absolutely ZERO chemistry between the main actors. After two hours and thirty minutes of being hit on the head with outdated cultural representation, we had enough. Anyone hoping to come on here and read an actual review, and not just someone writing one sentence about how “great” it was; you’ve come to the right place. Can we also talk about how my tickets were priced at $160 dollars. WHY? This play was definitely not worth the steep price of admission considering the holidays are right around the corner. Some movies should not be made into musicals.
