Lion King at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto, ON, Ended 12 Jun 2011.

Disney presents a musical that brings THE LION KING'S wildly popular story, the Oscar winning Elton John / Tim Rice songs, and an entire African landscape to the stage of the Pantages Theater. 

Directed and designed by Tony Award winner Julie Taymor, THE LION KING fills the theatre with sights and sounds of one of Broadway's most imaginative new talents - all to bring new life to Disneys crowd pleasing story of a young princes adventure-filled journey to adulthood - and the throne.

Audience: Children who are old enough to enjoy theatre performances are welcomed. We suggest, however, that most productions may not be enjoyable for children under the age of 5.   A child must be able to sit quietly and not disrupt the performance or other patrons. Children who are unable to sit quietly - and the adult(s) accompanying them - may be asked to leave the theatre without refund of the ticket purchase.

Please note also that all patrons, including children, must have a ticket to enter the theatre and that children must be seated beside an accompanying adult. Babes in arms, or children under 2 years of age, will not be admitted.
