Back in Black Live
The second best-selling album of all time (behind Thriller), Back in Black is a sleazy, riff-laden masterpiece that took Australian rockers AC/DC to a whole new level of superstardom. Released in 1980, it was the band's first record after the death of original frontman Bon Scott, but any fears fans may have had that new singer Brian Johnson wouldn't measure up were quickly allayed, with his ear-piercing screech proving a perfect match for classic tracks like 'Hells Bells,' 'Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution,' and of course, the iconic title track.
Founded in 2003, and based out of Toronto, Classic Albums Live brings together some of the finest musicians around to recreate iconic LPs, front to back. With the players going to painstaking lengths to capture every unique sound on the record, there's no better way to experience these landmark pieces of rock history.
