Founded in 1998, The Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame honours the finest crafters of tunes that the country has to offer. Among the names on its roster are Leonard Cohen and Paul Anka. Joining them this year are Neil Young, Bruce Cockburn, Beau Dommage and Stephane Venn. Following a five year break, the induction ceremony is back, featuring a wealth of other incredible artists who will be performing in tribute to the inductees.
The performers include KD Lang, Arkells, Daniel Lavoie, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Elage Diouf, Damien Robitaille, Don Ross, Julie Payette, France D'amour, Florence K, Randy Bachman and Whitehorse, with more special guests to be announced!
Please note: none of the inductees are scheduled to perform at this ceremony.
