The Danish indie rockers return to North American shores
Danish rockers return to North America this year in support of their latest record + - (which is pronounced Plus Minus btw). It was yet another collection of epic sounding alt rock, containing the singles Satellites and Water Slides. Pitchfork called "one of the most magnificent-sounding rock albums you'll hear all year." It was also the last Mew record to feature guitarist and founding member Bo Madsen, who left the band in June. The band will continue on as a three piece, and as this extensive North American set of dates shows, their popularity is only growing.
Opening for Mew on this tour are American indie folk duo The Dodos, who released their fifth record Individ earlier this year. Catch both bands when this North American tour hits Lee's Palace in Toronto, ON, Closed October 7, 2015
